Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design and develop intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on user feedback and best design practices.
- Translate product requirements into clear, consistent design solutions that enhance user experience.
- Design responsive interfaces that work across multiple platforms and devices.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI kits to ensure consistency across all products.
- Conduct usability testing to refine and iterate on designs, ensuring user satisfaction and product improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies to keep our products at the cutting edge.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design for software products, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficient in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Experience with responsive design principles and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
